Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver to customers within the United Kingdom only.
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order requirement.
Below is a summary of our delivery timeframe:
- Order cutoff time: 22:00 (GMT). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
- Order handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit time: 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Estimated total delivery time: 6–10 business days
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at any time on our Order Tracking page.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of placing it, please first check your tracking information on our Order Tracking page. If there are no updates or you believe your parcel may be lost, contact us at info@classicowear.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
No. All duties and import fees are covered by us. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
Handling and transit times are based on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. For full details, please visit our Return Policy page.
- Email us at info@classicowear.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond with a return authorisation and instructions within 1 business day.
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached.
- Drop the parcel off at your nearest carrier location as instructed in the return authorisation email.
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover the full cost of return shipping.
- Change of mind / wrong size: The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Yes! We are happy to help with exchanges. Please contact us at info@classicowear.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for, and our team will assist you.
Yes. The following items are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Underwear, swimwear, and hosiery (unless faulty)
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable in the product description
- Items that have been worn, washed, or have had their tags removed
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — regardless of our standard 30-day return window.
